June 10 Muni Service Changes Adds Service on Connector Routes By Clive Tsuma The 38R Geary Rapid will run every 6 minutes starting June 10 Starting Saturday, June 10, the SFMTA will be adding Muni service on several lines to address crowding, wait times and to support increased summer tourism. We’re also making some stop changes to serve more customers and make the service more accessible and reliable.  Increased Service  To address crowding and reduce pass-ups, we’re adding service on the 1 California between Clay and Drumm streets and California Street and Presidio Avenue – where demand is highest – on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  We’re also going to be starting service earlier on the 1X California Express, at 7:30 a.m. instead of 8 a.m., in response to customer feedback, as well as adding stops at Cherry, Spruce and Laurel streets and Presidio Avenue.   We’re also extending the evening service to the Presidio at 30 Stockton seven days a week. नमस्कार दोस्तों, जैसा कि आप सब को पता है कि आज का ख़ान पान,रहन सहन, पहले के जैसा नहीं रहा, पहले के लोग सुबह सबेरे उठकर टहलने के लिए जाया करते थे और सुबह सुबह पाकतिक हवा का भी आनंद लेते थे, और खान पान भी उस समय अभी के अपेक्षा अच्छा रहता था जिससे की पहले के लोग कम बीमार पड़ थे थे और उनका जीवन सीमा भी अधिक होता था, जिससे लोग कम बीमार पड़ थे, पर आज एेसा नहीं है आज बीमारी ने अपना चादर इस तरह से फैला लिया है कि आज इससे कोई भी अछुता नहीं है,तो आज मैं आपको एक ऐसी अच्छी आदत के बारे में जानकारी दुंगा जिसे आप अपने डेली रूटीन में दाखिला कर लिया तो आप कभी भी बीमार नहीं पड़ते है,,तो आइए उस अच्छी आदत के बारे में आपको बताता हूं,, जब आप सुबह सोकर उठे तो बांसी मुंह करीब एक लीटर पानी धीरे-धीरे पी लें, यह जरूरी नहीं है कि आप एक लीटर पानी एक ही बार में पी लें, आप धीरे-धीरे एक लीटर पानी बहुत ही आसानी से पी सकते हैं,, पर कम से कम एक लीटर पानी जरुर पिये क्योंकि हमारे शरीर के अंदर पानी स्टोर की टैंक ६६० मिली लीटर का है और जब आप एक लीटर पानी डेली पियेंगे तो पानी टैंक से आओभर हो जाएगा और शरीर के अंदर के गंदगी को मलमुत के माध्यम से साफ कर देगा,, जिससे आप स्वस्थ रहोगे और कभी भी बीमार नहीं पड़ते है,,,, इसके साथ एक और अच्छी आदत आप अपने डेली रूटीन में शामिल कर सकते हैं वो यह है कि जब आप सुबह सुबह नाश्ता करें उसके ठीक बीस मिनट पहले सलाद खाते,, सलाद आप अपने पसंदीदा आईटम ले जैसे। टमाटर, प्याज,खीरा, ककड़ी, गोभी इत्यादि जो आपको पसंद हो वो सलाद आप रोजाना नाश्ते और खाना खाने के बीस मिनट पहले ले सकते हैं,, ऐसा आप लगातार अपने डेली लाइफ में किजीए फर्क आप खुद महसूस करेंगे,,,इन दोनों आदतों को आप अपने डेली रूटीन में शामिल कर लेते हैं तो यह तो पक्का है कि आप कभी भी बीमार नहीं पड़ते है तो इसी के साथ धन्यवाद दोस्तों और ओम नमः शिवाय दोस्तों,,,,,,,
